North Pine has been involved with every phase of the development and construction process.  From experience working with the majority of the ENR Top 20, as an owner’s representative, as well as direct investment in principal development projects.  Every new project draws on past experiences in addition to innovative problem solving that only comes from being a practitioner all along the risk spectrum.
